Serata di premiazione per gli MTV EMAS 2020 (da rivedere nelle repliche di MTV e on demand e in streaming su Sky e Now Tv). Il gruppo coreano dei BTS hanno conquistato 4 premi come Canzone, Gruppo, Virtual Live e Fan più numerosi, Lady Gaga è stata la miglior artista mentre le Little Mix che conducevano la serata hanno vinto il Best Pop. I Coldplay hanno conquistato il premio Best Rock.
Il miglior italiano è stato Diodato.
